Too many people are selling in their business by the seat of their pants. I did it for years and hear from coaching clients that this is one of my greatest concerns.

You start with creating your first sales plan.

Now you can work this out on your own.  You can google this topic.  Watch a ton of videos.  Read blogs.  But you'll find out quickly that many of the best sources are geared towards large companies with budget and sales teams.
